Just need a tenant?
At DRG, we take the time to understand the unique needs of our clients. Whether you are new to the rental market or a seasoned veteran in investment properties, we will start by learning about your property and understanding your long- and short-term goals. We can then customize a rental program so we can find the right tenant and the right lease that works for you.
What will it cost?
- One month’s rent based on a 12-month lease. 2 months rent based on a 24-month lease. (Compensation is prorated based on the length of the lease)
There are no upfront fees to list your property for rent. We are confident in our ability to find a high-quality tenant by tapping into our existing DRG renter pool and marketing your home on hundreds of real estate websites, including MLS. Our leasing fee will be deducted from the tenant’s initial rent payment. You pay nothing if we are unable to produce a tenant.

- Professional photos
- Marketing (MLS, third-party sites, Craigslist, etc.)
- Showings
- Tenant background screening
- Customized DRG lease with unique rental criteria
- City Rental License paperwork (if applicable)
- HOA paperwork
- Tenant funds drawn and remit to owner after fees and services paid
- Tenant move-in paperwork
