About Kirk
Kirk brings a people-first approach to residential real estate, built on years of leadership, relationship building, and creating meaningful experiences for others.
For the past eight years, Kirk has served at Substance Church, where he has led Connections and ministry teams across multiple campuses and also served as an interim Campus Pastor. That experience taught him how to listen well, understand what people need, communicate clearly, and help guide them through important decisions.
Those same skills translate naturally into residential leasing. Kirk understands that finding a home is personal, and his goal is to make the process straightforward, comfortable, and enjoyable for every client he works with. He takes the time to understand what his clients are looking for, helps them navigate their options, and works hard to find a home that truly fits their lifestyle.
Before entering full-time ministry, Kirk spent several years as a DJ and music artist, touring and performing with a passion for house music and bringing people together.
Whether he is helping someone find their next apartment, introducing them to a new neighborhood, or guiding them through the leasing process, Kirk’s focus is simple: build genuine relationships, provide great service, and make sure every client feels valued and taken care of.
