What happens if I accept an offer?
We formalize the sale with a standard Exclusive Right to Sell agreement and handle the paperwork. Commission is negotiable. A $595 broker admin commission applies to any closed transaction.
What if no one meets my number?
You stay put. You’ve spent nothing and learned what the market thinks without a failed public listing.
What if I’m already under contract with another broker?
We respect your agreement. We’re not asking for your business while you’re represented. Minnesota law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics prohibit us from inducing you to break an exclusive agreement.
