FAQs
Is this really off-market?
Yes. No MLS listing or yard sign. We share your home privately with vetted buyers. When we have an agreement + the MLS With Hold form, we can.
What happens if I accept an offer?
We formalize the sale with a standard MN Realtor Purchase Agreement and handle the paperwork. The buyer's Realtor's commission is negotiable, but expect them to ask for a rate in the 2% to 3% range. A 3.3% + $695 broker admin commission applies to any closed transaction paid by the seller upon a successful closing.
What if no one meets my number?
You stay put. You’ve spent nothing and learned what the market thinks without a failed public listing.
What if I’m already under contract with another broker?
We respect your agreement. We’re not asking for your business while you’re represented. Minnesota law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics prohibit us from inducing you to break an exclusive agreement.
