Job Summary: We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the financial records of our real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate accounting and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties and transactions.

· Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports.

· Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.

· Provide financial support to the real estate team, including agents and brokers.

· Handle tenant billing and rent collection for managed properties.

· Monitor and report on cash flow and financial performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and practices.

· CPA certification is a plus.
